After Shannon Storms Beador‘s ex-fiancé, John Janssen, was pictured sitting cozily next to former Real Housewives of Orange County star, Alexis Bellino, fans wonder if he is the new Slade Smiley.
Never forget that RHOC fans met Slade when he was engaged to Jo De La Rosa. He allegedly dated Lauri Peterson while he and Jo were on a break, but ultimately married Gretchen Rossi … all of which were Real Housewives.
Alexis told Page Six, “John Janssen and I are two people who met by happenstance” at The Quiet Woman Restaurant.
“We are discovering that we’re in similar places in our lives, as divorced parents both emerging from recent heartbreak because of relationships ending.”
Jesus Jugs clarified that any speculation that she and Shannon’s ex are more than “new acquaintances” is “very inaccurate.”
“I look forward to hanging out with my new friend,” added Alexis.

In regards to Shannon, Alexis couldn’t resist throwing some low-key shade.
“Other than one incident in which I witnessed her shouting obscenities at me from across a restaurant, immediately prior to her very unfortunate arrest, Shannon Beador and I have never worked together or interacted.”
A source close to Shannon mentioned she “is absolutely devastated that John would spend time with Alexis, knowing how much pain and hundreds of thousands of dollars the lawsuit her ex-husband [Jim Bellino] filed caused her.”
“This just shows Shannon how fame-hungry he is. John was only using her to be in the spotlight.”
An insider noted John broke up with Shannon “the second the cameras went down.”
