Bravo TV has been Straight Up with Paula Abdul about their desire to have her join one of the Real Housewives franchises.
The pop music icon told Page Six she’s been approached multiple times to enter the Bravosphere … and Paula hasn’t ruled it out!
“I’ve been asked many, many times,” dished the former American Idol judge at the Homeless Not Toothless gala (where cameras rolled for season 13 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.)
Paula teased that RHOBH wasn’t the only franchise she was offered to join. “I’m not gonna tell you [which].”
Since the Promise of a New Day songstress has been “friends with a lot of the women for a long time,” she’s not sure if she’s prepared for all the “drama” that comes with filming reality tv. That’s rich considering Paula worked with Simon Cowell for years on the judging panel for AI.
Reporters mentioned the name Kathy Hilton to Paula and she quickly expressed, “I love her” before explaining how overwhelmed she is at the thought of acting as a peacemaker between sisters Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, and Kathy. “They have their own dynamics, and they’re so great in front of the camera — knowing the camera is there, but also completely forgetting the camera is there and just being real.”
“I know what’s going on and everything, but you know what? [Kathy] will always be a fan favorite.”
Paula described herself as “absolutely the biggest fan and I love watching.”
