Tyra Banks is rooting for you, Olivia Jade!
The Dancing With The Stars host is standing by the celebrity spawn -who was caught in the middle of the college admissions scandal- after mixed reactions arose regarding Olivia’s casting on ABC’s popular competition show.
Girl power:
According to reports fromย People, Tyra is “‘proud’ to see the 21-year-old influencer returning to the spotlight more than two years after the college admissions scandalย that involved Olivia’s parents,ย Lori Loughlinย andย Mossimo Giannulli.”
“It is hard to go through what she went through.”
Tyra continued, “She’s a human being and people have to remember that first, that she’s a human being with emotions and so much.”
“So for her to say, ‘I’m going to come on here, I’m going to show the world my vulnerability. I’m going to be able to tell my story like I have never told it before,’ is very brave, but also very smart.”
Moving forward:
Here’s hoping Olivia Jade’s DWTS fate is different than former America’s Next Top Model contestant, Tiffany Richardson‘s.
