Mikayla Matthews is confirming what fans have been speculating about the upcoming season of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
The TikToker addressed questions during a recent Instagram Q&A, and naturally, fans wanted to know the status of our current hyper-fixation show.
“Is filming actually on pause?” one follower asked.
“It was a decision that all us girls came up with and agreed on,” Mikayla replied.
“We didn’t feel comfortable filming with everything that was happening.”
The “everything” in question appears to be the recent headlines surrounding Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen’s toxic relationship.
ICYMI: Dakota reportedly called the police back in February, alleging he and Taylor got into an altercation that turned physical, with Taylor accused of being the aggressor.
The incident allegedly happened on two separate occasions, with visible marks on Dakota’s neck supporting his claims.
On March 19, TMZ also obtained footage from a 2023 fight between the couple that shows Taylor throwing metal chairs at Dakota while her daughter was present.
All of this comes just days before Taylor is set to look for love on The Bachelorette.
