Actress/Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, Denise Richards, will compete against fellow celebrities and reality stars on Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
The Special Forces season 3 cast:
In addition to Denise ‘F*cking’ Richards, former Bachelorettes Trista Sutter and Ali Manno [Fedotowsky] are slated to compete. From MTV’s The Hills, (my imaginary boyfriend) Brody Jenner will wrap up the reality TV talent competing.
In addition to iconic actor Stephen Baldwin, there are several newbies to joining the show. The Proud Family’s Kyla Pratt and Even Stevens star and actress Christy Carlson Romano will compete.
Several athletes will take on the challenges faced in Special Forces. Olympic swimming gold medalist Nathan Adrian and pro-surfer Alana Blanchard will complete. Pro soccer player Landon Donovan, and Olympic track and field athlete Marion Jones will also fight to make it to the end.
Also, NFL’s Cam Newton and Golden Tate will compete against Olympic gymnastics gold medalist Jordyn Wieber and motocross champion Carey Hart. Oh, and influencer Kayla Nicole (who used to date Travis Kelce) will face off against the athletes and actors.

The premise:
According to reports from People, the “celebrity recruits will train in Wales, the home of British Special Forces Selection” in season 3. They will “endure the harsh reality of ocean warfare,” according to a press release from Fox.
Some of the challenges they’ll face include “a high pressure hostage rescue, a treacherous ladder crossing between steep cliffs nearly 100 ft above the sea, a boat dunk drill where they will be submerged into the frigid ocean,” and “a surf immersion where they will have to control their panic in an exercise that takes them to the brink of drowning.”
The network promises “there are no votes, and no eliminations – just survival”. They teased there will be famous recruits, “who are so used to being in the spotlight. They will quickly learn the meaning of ‘no guts, no glory’ – and no glam.”
