Monica Aldama – who is best known for being the cheerleading coach for Navarro College which was featured on Netflix‘s Cheer – has announced her retirement.
According to NavarroCollege.edu, “The height of Navarro Cheer’s fame and international acclaim came in 2020 when the six-part, Emmy-winning ‘Cheer’ became a pop-culture phenomenon” … under The Cheer Queens‘ guidance.
Although Monica has been engulfed in several controversies, charges were dismissed that accused her of covering up the sexual assault of one her cheer members.
