Vanderpump Villa‘s Marciano Brunette admitted to a “great affair” with Jessi Ngatikaura as fans wonder if he also had an affair with Demi Engemann.
A Med Spa posted a troubling video (imho) of Mariciano receiving a service.

In the TikTok video posted by the Nevada and Utah-based med spa, Marciano sucked on what seemed to be nitrous oxide while reclined for a cosmetic treatment.
The Med Spa employees asked him questions about his relationship with The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star as he hit the nitrous. “Tell me exactly what happened with Jessi.”
“I had an affair with her,” answered a baritone Marciano.
“It was a great affair. I love our affair. Everything about the affair was great.”
“Are you guys still talking currently?” asked the Med Spa employee recording.
Marciano ensured the staff, “I’m not blocked. She didn’t block me.”
“But,” Marciano continued, “She hasn’t talked to me since the show came out. That sucks. That makes me sad. I could cry, but I’m numb. Screw Demi.”
