Update – David Beador reunited with estranged wife, Lesley Beador, days after filing a restraining order against her.
Plot twist:
The on-again couple were photographed together at the Montage Big Sky Resort in Montana on Wednesday.
David, who took legal action against his partner on June 17, sat on a couch beside Lesley with a drink in his hand, according to viral social media snaps. Lesley, for her part, scrolled on her phone at her husband’s side.
She captioned a selfie with her and David’s 4-year-old daughter, Anna, “Mini,” the same day.

David Beador filed for a restraining order against his estranged wife, Lesley Beador.
According to PEOPLE, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador accused Lesley of physical abuse. Also, he called her a “pathological liar” in court documents.
David VS Lesley:
The petition states, “Lesley has physically abused me on several occasions. Only a small portion of those incidents have been detailed in previous domestic violence actions.”
“Lesley is a pathological liar and she will state under penalty of perjury literally anything that will benefit her,” David also alleged.
“Lesley and I have had many ups and downs in our marital relationship, with prior [divorce petitions] filed and dismissed and domestic violence restraining orders,” the petition reads. “I have always been concerned that Lesley’s relationship with me has been primarily based upon her desire to live a luxurious standard of living.”
“In our case [it’s] not just a cliché that Lesley married me for my money. In our case it is a fact, she has made that very clear to me literally.”
The alleged altercation:
David claimed in the docs that the two had an argument on June 11 and that “Lesley physically attacked me, gouging large chunks of skin out of my arm.”
Allegedly, she also shoved her fingers in his mouth, accused him of biting her fingers, and slapped him in the face multiple times.
Two days after the issue, Lesley accused him of being gay, which he denied.
David and Lesley share a 4-year-old daughter, Anna Love. The court ordered that Lesley stay 100 yards away from David, his home and his work, except for custody exchanges with Anna.
She also must vacate his Newport Beach home.
Lesley’s claims against David:
In September 2024, Lesley filed her own temporary restraining order against David for domestic violence. She claimed David was verbally abusive and harassed her in front of Anna as well as her two other children.
“I never know when [David’s] next meltdown will be or how long they will last,” she claimed in her filing. “These meltdowns, when they occur, are nonstop. Even when he is working and they cause me to live in fear and to worry about the effect on the children.”
David filed a response to Lesley’s restraining order request, accusing her of “pure extortion.” According to Shannon’s ex, Leslie was motivated by money. “She is upset because I cancelled her credit card with unlimited spending. I am not required to sustain her lifestyle,” he claimed at the time.
