Southern Charm‘s Taylor Ann Green thinks Craig Conover and Rachael Kirkconnell would make a great couple.
Craig was dumped by his girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo just ahead of New Year’s Eve. A couple of weeks later, Rachael, who ‘won‘ Matt James‘s season of The Bachelor, got dumped.
Both Craig and Rachael were blindsided.
Taylor Ann ships Rachael and Craig:
The Charmer told Decider.com she “wasn’t all that surprised” by Craig and Paige’s split. “I do find them to be a very good match,” explained Taylor. “I wish them both the best. But, I think Craig has always wanted more.”
Taylor continued, “Someone was saying” that Craig should date “Rachael, Matt James’s ex. I immediately perked up. Now that I could see happening.”
Rachael Kirkconnell “is adorable.” Plus, “She seems like she’s ready to settle down,” added Taylor.
“She’d probably look at Craig’s house and be like, ‘Take me in. Sweep me off my feet. I’ll say yes tomorrow.'”
Craig will “be fine,” Taylor noted. In fact, she thinks “Paige really did groom him to be the ‘it guy.'”
“Whoever [Craig] decides to date next is going to be the person he’s going to marry,” predicted Taylor.
Paige and Matt post-breakups:
It appears Paige is soaring as Matt’s popularity plummets.
Paige is booked and busy. Her popular podcast, Giggly Squad, is on tour. She and her co-host/friend, Hannah Berner, also wrote a book – How To Giggle – which is available for preorder.
She’s also been out and about with Klutch Sports exec, Joe D’Amelio. They allegedly spent NYE together and were spotted at an Eagles game last month.
Matt hasn’t posted much on Instagram … even to his stories. Seemingly, many saw Matt’s red flags fly as they heard Rachael speak out about how he dumped her.
Before Matt broke up with Rachael, he had over 1M Instagram followers. He currently has 959K followers.
