A judge sided with Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein, forcing her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, to pay monthly support for Lisa and their two kids.
According to the legal filing obtained by Page Six, “Hon. Abby Cynamon ruled last week that the plastic surgeon should pay the ‘RHOM‘ star $8,000 per month via direct deposit starting May 1 as temporary support.”
Lenny is required to “maintain the status quo” financially for the family he left, pay their health insurance, and continue to fork out the fees for the “kids’ school tuition, extracurriculars, camp, and more.”
Cynamon also ordered Lenny to pay $60K towards the debt Lisa has accrued in legal fees.
Lisa will receive $8K from her baby daddy until she and the plastic surgeon “come to an agreement or the court issues a new order.”
Cynamon’s ruling came after the reality star argued that her salary of $30K per episode was “woefully insufficient” to maintain the lifestyle she and her two kids have become accustomed to.
Court docs indicate Lenny “has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon,” adding that “without [Lenny’s] contribution, [Lisa] cannot provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage.”
