Breaking news from Santa Clarita — Nia and Danny Booko have left the building.
The polarizing The Valley couple confirmed speculation that they won’t be returning for a fourth season.
“We wanted to share a quick update that we will not be returning to ‘The Valley,’” Nia’s caption read on the couple’s joint post.
“We’re incredibly grateful for this experience but our priority is protecting our peace and our family.”
ICYMI: Nia almost foreshadowed this moment during the Season 3 finale.
After Janet Caperna threw the remainder of her white wine — and the Solo cup along with it — at Danny’s head, it was clear there was no coming back.
Nia told her husband that it was clear they weren’t welcome at the party, but the declaration could’ve applied to the group as a whole.
For almost the entire season, Nia appeared to be in constant fight-or-flight mode, protecting Danny from himself and leaving situations before things escalated too far.
Danny faced criticism from Lala Kent over his treatment of Nia, in addition to the residual drama involving the Capernas and Janet’s use of “SA” to describe Danny’s drunken behavior.
The Bookos continued their statement:
“We are fully committed to each other and our beautiful children.”
They added that they’re looking forward to “the next chapter” and expressed their gratitude to Bravo, as well as viewers and fans for their love and support.
Filming for Season 4 of The Valley is reportedly set to begin soon, though the network has yet to formally announce the show’s renewal.
