Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy is moving on up!
The reality star just scored the keys to her brand new $3.9 million home on Charleston’s Daniel Island, and its a major dream home.
ICYMI: Madison sold her previous Daniel Island home back in March—just 10 days after listing it.
She originally bought the property in 2022 for $1.48 million and sold it for $1.75 million.
Now, with a baby girl on the way and her family growing, Madison said it was time for more space.
The 5,290 square foot stunner features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a breezy coastal kitchen, a screened-in porch, and a backyard pool complete with its own pool house.
Naturally, Madison’s already diving into renovations.
She’s kicking things off with the kitchen, and teased the process on Instagram:
“We wasted no time — time to make some improvements before the big move in two weeks!”
She also gave a shoutout to her team, adding:
“Huge thanks to everyone who’s part of this project. I’m so excited to share the process along the way!”
Between the upcoming baby, the beautiful home, and new pajama line, Madison’s cup runneth over!
