Madison LeCroy is moving on up and out!
The Southern Charm star listed her Charleston home for a whopping $1.75 million. The final sale price has not been disclosed as the deal is currently being finalized.
Per the New York Post, Madison originally purchased her home back in 2022 for $1.48 million. The Daniel Island digs boast 2,800-square-feet and four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
While a lucky person might have scored the “charming” abode, that doesn’t stop us from ogling over the beautiful southern interior and exterior.

ICYMI: Madison and her husband Brett Randle are expecting their first child together. It only makes sense the growing family is in need of more space.
“Honestly, we’ve loved this house, but it’s time for something that fits where we’re headed next,” she said.
“Life’s changing, our family’s growing, and I’ve got big dreams, so why not level up?”
Brett has a clean bill of health, Madison is welcoming a baby girl this Summer, and Hudson is thriving! We love this journey for them.
