Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke is dating former Morgan Stanley banker John C. Kelly, whose past includes a disturbing arrest involving allegations of secretly recording women during sexual acts.
Page Six revealed that Sutton and John met on Bumble and have been spending time together since the summer.
The RHOBH personality recently hard-launched the relationship on social media, sharing a series of photos of a date night at an Aerosmith concert. It didn’t take long for John Kelly’s past to raise eyebrows as details of his legal history came to light.
John left the financial industry in 2013 after being arrested for allegedly videotaping three women during sexual acts without their consent between 2011 and 2012. He initially faced a 19-count indictment stemming from the allegations.
Ultimately, he accepted a plea deal that allowed him to avoid jail time.
John is also the son of prominent attorney John Q. Kelly, who spent more than 40 years litigating high-profile cases. His legal clients included the estate of Nicole Brown Simpson and Donald Trump in his lawsuit against Meta.
Despite the controversy surrounding John’s past, Sutton appears to be enjoying her new relationship. The pair were spotted publicly for the first time this past Sunday at Aerosmith’s sold-out California Dream On concert at the Hollywood Bowl.
Sutton attended as a personal guest of Janie’s Fund, Steven Tyler’s charity supporting girls who have survived abuse and neglect.
