Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kandi Burruss wants the court to use footage from Bravo TV as evidence in her prenup battle against her estranged husband, Todd Tucker.
Us Weekly reported how Kandi plans to proceed with the prenuptial agreement the exes had in place, despite Todd’s team allegedly finding loopholes in the paperwork, wanting it nulled.

Kandi filed an amended divorce petition on Monday, December 1. She addressed Todd’s allegations that he was asked to sign their 2014 prenuptial agreement without his lawyer present.
The singer/songwriter/Wifetime Achievement Award recipient said he was represented by a high-powered attorney before the marriage. Additionally, she disputed his claim that the prenup was not enforceable due to lack of legal representation.
The filing stated, “The parties’ journey to executing an enforceable Prenuptial Agreement was filmed and broadcast on Bravo television network, with the knowledge and consent of both [Burruss] and [Tucker], for their five-part reality television wedding documentary entitled Kandi’s Wedding that premiered on June 1, 2014.”
Kandi’s lawyer also noted that in the documentary, Todd “audibly announced” that he was “good to sign” the prenuptial agreement. This was during a private encounter with Kandi and after talking to his lawyer “on and off camera.”
Todd’s defense:
In court, Todd alleged that he was given the prenuptial agreement before the April 2014 wedding. But, his lawyer was not present when he was given the final draft.
His filing alleged, “Despite that knowledge, [Burruss’] counsel presented the final agreement to [Tucker] for signature immediately before the wedding. It was without any notice to or consultation with [Tucker’s team], who had been significantly engaged in the negotiation process.”
Todd, who asked for sole primary custody, also asked for alimony if the court rules the prenup not enforceable.
