Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen says Leah Remini and Tracy Tutor joining Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been a long time coming.
During Andy Cohen Live, the Bravo boss admitted that he and the network have been “dancing around” bringing both women into the RHOBH world for years.
“Tracy Tutor, almost every time she’s on WWHL (promoting Million Dollar Listing), we have the conversation,” Andy explained. “It’s like, she and I have had a public flirt where I’m like, ‘Would you…?’ And she’s like, ‘I would.’ And I’m like, ‘Well, you know everybody.’”
According to Andy, it has always seemed like a natural fit. “Every time she is on, it is very clear that this makes very good sense,” he said.
As for Leah, Andy revealed that conversations about the former King of Queens star joining the Housewives franchise have been happening behind the scenes for several years.
“And Leah Remini, we have spoken for several years behind the scenes for several years about this with her,” Andy said. “I think for us, she’s such a big star. And she has such a huge profile. This show is so different.”
Andy also made it clear that Leah has the personality needed to hold her own in Beverly Hills. “And she’s really, like, so tough. She really has it,” he added.
It appears Leah and Tracy are already settling into the RHOBH social circle. In late August, Tracy shared a photo from a party featuring herself alongside Leah, Bozoma Saint John, Sutton Stracke, Kyle Richards, Kathy Hilton, Rachel Zoe, Jennifer Tilly, and Dorit Kemsley.
