KJ Biermann is facing another serious sexual allegation, with prosecutors claiming investigators discovered videos on his cellphone allegedly showing him engaging in sexual activity with an underage family member.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son appeared in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court Friday for a bond hearing related to an alleged April sexual assault involving a female classmate.
Before Judge Melynee Leftridge ruled on bond, Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy revealed that investigators allegedly found “multiple encounters” on KJ’s phone involving a family member under the age of 12.
Page Six reported that prosecutors claim the videos showed KJ using “predatory, derogatory” language toward the alleged victim.
McGillicuddy said the newly revealed allegations resulted in KJ being charged with sexual battery involving a victim under 16. She also said KJ had been under court supervision for that charge since October 2025.
KJ was arrested on separate felony charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery stemming from the alleged April incident. Prosecutors say that alleged victim suffered “documented physical injury.”
The prosecution requested that KJ’s bond be set at $190,000, while his attorney, Sheffield, requested $65,000. Sheffield argued that KJ is “an adolescent whose development is ongoing.” He emphasized that the aggravated charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years in prison without parole.
A statement from the alleged victim was also read in court. She asked the judge to “consider my safety,” saying she has been “living in fear” because of alleged threats that KJ would come after her if released.
Judge Leftridge did not issue a bond decision Friday. She said she will determine whether KJ can be released by Monday. His arraignment is scheduled for October 14.
KJ remains jailed at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center.
His parents, KIM and Kroy, along with his 29-year-old sister Brielle Biermann, were present in the courtroom during Friday’s hearing.
