Real Housewives of Atlanta alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, was arrested for committing multiple sex crimes against a classmate in his school’s gym.
KJ is in police custody.

The Don’t Be Tardy alum was arrested for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, according to reports from TMZ.
Fulton County Georgia Juvenile Court papers indicate that a female classmate of KJ’s accused him of assaulting her in a gym changing area at the Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23.
The victim claimed to officials that, “while in a co-ed sauna, KJ forced himself on her despite her saying no.” KJ allegedly attempted “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.”
She “accused KJ of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her vagina.” When she “finally managed to get away from him, he pulled up his pants and left.”
The victim did not tell anyone about the alleged assault before going to school the next day. Before long, she crossed paths with her best friend, who is KJ’s girlfriend.
KJ’s girlfriend’s best friend referred to herself as their “third wheel” before the assault. She subsequently left the premises for a Starbucks and contacted her family after experiencing a panic attack, ultimately getting examined at the North Fulton Hospital in Georgia.
Her April 24 examination, per the police report, showed no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.
Police launched an investigation, making their first attempt to contact KJ’s father, Kroy, on May 14. They spoke to Kroy four days later. Kim’s estranged husband told cops he would “speak with his son.”
KJ was taken into custody on Monday. He is being held without bond. KJ’s hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1.
