Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 breakout star Jennifer Tilly gave a candid reason why she chose not to raise a family.
Jennifer talked motherhood:
During the RHOBH After Show, Garcelle Beauvais asked the Bride of Chucky actress if she “ever wanted to be a mom.”
“Never,” responded the actress. “We had such a not-very-good childhood.”
She continued, “Everyone thinks, ‘I’ll be the perfect mom. I won’t make the same mistakes my mother did.’ But I had a feeling that I would. So I thought, ‘Well, cut the chain.'”
“Hopefully, I would be better, but I never really wanted children.”
“My sister had a bunch, so I have nieces and nephews. So that’s really nice.”

Jennifer explained how she differs from her peers. Unlike many of her cast mates, she isn’t defined by her money. In fact, Jennifer doesn’t live like others in her tax bracket.
“Number one, I don’t think of myself as rich,” explained the pro poker player. “But, I guess I’m delusional because I do have several properties and a purse apparently that costs $33,000.”
“I thought everybody knew that I had a piece of The Simpsons,” the Oscar-nominated actress continued. “It’s not a large piece, but even a little piece is something to write home about.”
And despite owning four homes (one in Las Vegas, a beach house in Malibu and two properties next door to each other in Bel-Air) Tilly insists she lives modestly.
“My boyfriend and I live very simply in a very small, cluttered house.” As RHOBH fans saw on it current 14th season, Jennifer has “a giant house next door. But, we don’t go there. I guess we’re kind of delusional.”
