Zac Efron “bet on it” when it came to his brother’s success on The Traitors.
If you weren’t aware that Dylan Efron hails from High School Musical royalty, now you are! Dylan is the younger brother of actor, Zac Efron. Aka Troy Bolton.
Back in June when promoting his movie, A Family Affair, Red Carpet Correspondent Erin Lim Rhodes asked the star his thoughts on his brother competing.
“I think Dylan’s going to win,” he said. “I hope he does, because he’s so good at games. He always has been since we were kids. He’s like the game master.”
“If anyone can do this it’s him.”
He concludes, “I’m rooting for him.”
Dylan added a comment to Erin’s flashback interview saying, “i had no idea you asked him this! i was in the castle when i heard about it haha.”
Zac’s prediction that Dylan would come out victorious came to fruition.
Dylan was one of four Faithful’s — to include Gabby Windey, Dolores Catania, and Lord Ivar Mountbatten — who took home the $200,000 shared prize pot.
Although, I think Zac Efron now being referred to as “Dylan Efron’s brother” is priceless.
