Danica Patrick had a reaction to James Talarico’s favorite drag queen, Alyssa Edwards, after the Texas Democrat celebrated a major Senate victory.
Following Talarico’s victory over Ken Paxton in the Texas Senate race, the former race car driver took to social media to reshare a campaign clip in which the politician revealed his favorite Texas drag queen. When asked the question, Talarico didn’t hesitate to name RuPaul’s Drag Race fan favorite Alyssa Edwards.
“Oh gosh, probably Alyssa Edwards,” Talarico, 37, responded in the resurfaced clip.
Danica shared the video to her Instagram Story adding a simple but pointed caption: “Seriously. 🤦🏻♀️.”
Alyssa Edwards is a Texas native from Mesquite who first appeared on Season 5 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. She later returned to the franchise for Season 2 of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars.
