Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen is facing a frightening health scare.
Larsa revealed she was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, sharing the unexpected news with fans on social media.
The RHOM personality took to her Instagram Story, where she reposted a headline about Matt Damon revealing that his wife, Luciana Barroso, suffered a brain aneurysm and underwent brain surgery in 2024.
“I get diagnosed with a brain aneurysm yesterday, and I wake up to this,” Larsa, 52, wrote.
“I’m sick,” she added.
According to the Mayo Clinic, a brain aneurysm occurs when a blood vessel in the brain develops a bulge or balloon-like swelling. While some aneurysms don’t rupture, a rupture can cause bleeding in the brain and quickly become life-threatening. Emergency medical treatment is necessary in those cases.
This isn’t the first time Larsa has opened up about a health-related issue. In August 2025, the Bravolebrity addressed speculation about her changing appearance, attributing facial swelling to an allergic reaction to platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment.
“I did have an allergic reaction to the PRP, which I didn’t even know you can have, so my face is a bit swollen, but it doesn’t look like that, so keep on hating guys,” she said in a video message at the time.
PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, is a treatment that uses a patient’s own blood platelets to promote healing and tissue repair, according to Penn Medicine.
