Tom Sandoval‘s girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, was arrested for abusing the Vanderpump Rules alum, causing him to file a restraining order against the Maxim model.
TMZ obtained court documents that revealed Tom’s claims of abuse at the hands of his girlfriend. Sandoval claimed he was “verbally and physically abused by Victoria after a night of drinking.” The tabloid noted this was the “final straw in their rocky relationship, in which he says he was often mistreated.”
Tom and Victoria were having a verbal argument when he noticed the model was filming him. (Sandoval being upset over being filmed without consent isn’t lost on me, or likely, Rachel Leviss.) Tom said this led to Victoria’s dad, Will Robinson (who was living with them), becoming aggressive. So, he locked himself in a room for protection. He said Victoria later attacked him at the home and hit him in the face and head so hard his vision blurred.
After the alleged assault, Victoria began to record to make herself look like a victim. Tom called the cops, who came out and arrested Victoria. Will is also accused of lunging at Tom and putting him in a bear hug the night of June 3, just before Victoria allegedly assaulted him.
During the relationship, Tom claims Victoria has been abusive, including punching him in the face, throwing a full Gatorade bottle at him, verbally abusing him, and changing passwords on his phone and social media. She went so far as to track him via an AirTag.
He also claims she told him he was a “fucking loser” and told him she could do much better than him. Victoria and her dad have been living with Tom, and he wants them out!
