Taylor Frankie Paul is officially off probation.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star shared with her followers on Aug. 7 that she is no longer on probation following a 2023 domestic violence plea deal.
“Three years probation complete,” Taylor captioned a set of AI photos of herself in the courtroom.
“All my PO’s said it was one of the longest probations they had seen for first time offense.”
Taylor was arrested in 2023 following an altercation with her ex and father of her child, Dakota Mortensen.
Video of the incident resurfaced shortly before her season of The Bachelorette was set to premiere.
Ultimately, ABC yanked the season following social media backlash after the video made its rounds, especially since her daughter Indy was present during the altercation.
Taylor continued her statement, addressing the timing of the video’s leak.
“This all surfacing the way it viciously and vindictively did, has been hell on earth and if I didn’t have the support I have I don’t think I would have made it through,” she continued.
“However those same people not only get to see they failed to destroy me, but they freed me.”
The reality star is now turning her attention to custody of her three children.
“Next up is juvenile court to fight for my kids because those who get it know it doesn’t stop there does it.”
ICYMI:
Both of Taylor’s baby daddies — Dakota Mortensen and Tate Paul — recently offered her separate custody agreements that would have given each of them 60 percent custody while she retained 40 percent.
Taylor reportedly declined both proposals and remains committed to pursuing what she believes is in the best interests of her children.
