Taylor Frankie Paul is facing more legal trouble involving her ex-husband, Tate Paul.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Tate filed a motion for a temporary restraining order against Taylor in a Utah court on Tuesday, June 30.
In addition to the restraining order, Tate also filed a petition to modify the terms of their divorce and custody agreement.
Previously, the former couple appeared to have a relatively peaceful co-parenting relationship.
“My co-parenting relationship has been peaceful for the most part,” Tate wrote in the comments of a livestream hosted by Cru Eaton, the roommate of Taylor’s ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen.
“The last few months has been not so.”
A source close to Taylor also previously shared this about their dynamic:
“The last few months have, of course, complicated their co-parenting dynamic, but they’re navigating it together. She’s committed to maintaining a strong relationship with him and tackling the challenges that have arisen.”
ICYMI: Taylor and Tate were married from 2016 to 2022 and share two children: daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 6.
Tate was also infamously involved in the “soft swinging” scandal that catapulted MomTok onto everyone’s For You Page.
