Porsha Williams’ ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, failed to pay up on a six-figure debt owed to his divorce lawyer, which directly affects the RHOA star and her daughter.
Porsha will have 36 months to refinance the mortgage to remove Simon’s name or sell the home.
Us Weekly obtained an attorney’s lien filed against Simon by his divorce lawyer on the home where Porsha and Pilar currently reside. Porsha was awarded the 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 15,284 square foot Georgia home worth an estimated $7.3 million in the divorce.
Divorce debt:
The lien said Simon owed $205,884.25 for services provided on his divorce from the Real Housewives of Atlanta star.
Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024 and asked the court to enforce the terms of the prenuptial agreement. But, Simon demanded the prenup not be enforced.
Simon alleged Porsha made “misrepresentations” during the negotiations. Specifically, he said she intended to be a stay-at-home mom and had no plans to return to reality television.
But, as per the prenuptial agreement, Simon will pay Porsha $40,000 a month in spousal support for 14 months. In addition, Porsha was awarded the home but will have to pay her ex 50 percent of the equity.
The prenup also awarded Porsha a 2021 Rolls Royce and all other cars in her name. To top it off, Simon has to pay Porsha’s legal bill totaling $224,000.

In June, ICE sent Simon back to Nigeria after spending months at a detention center.
Simon was in “good spirits” after a tough experience at the detention center. Savet added that Guobadia is “not mad at President Donald Trump.” In fact, Simon would like “a sit-down with him.”
“Donny, like I refer to him, we are very similar. We’re both Geminis, and some of his antics – I certainly can understand it. Sometimes [I would] say that we are misunderstood.”
Simon isn’t holding a grudge. “I don’t have any animosity towards the situation. I don’t have any problems with Donald Trump like any other CEO or chief executive, who I am. We look to hire the best people we can find. And the issues that he’s dealing with are no different than any other organization.”
“I feel that I have a very unique perspective on this situation, considering that I was there for as long as I was. And there are so many things that I saw that I feel that I can help the administration with.”
