Porsha Williams’ estranged husband, Simon Guobadia, was released from ICE custody and deported back to his home country of Nigeria after spending months at a detention center.
The former husband of the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s friend told US Weekly Simon “was sent on a flight back home a couple of days ago.”
Simon’s deportation was confirmed!
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security website no longer has Simon Guobadia in its system.
Simon’s friend, Tai Savet, said Simon was in “good spirits” after a tough experience at the detention center. Savet added that Guobadia is “not mad at President Donald Trump.” In fact, Simon would like “a sit-down with him.”
With Simon out of the picture, Bravo faces one less lawsuit … ICYMI:
In February, Simon came for Porsha, her family, and Bravo TV after the preview for season 16 of Real Housewives of Atlanta dropped.
Porsha’s estranged husband took to Instagram to share his anger after seeing how the season plays out. Simon accused Bravo of not doing thorough research on his and Porsha’s prenup.
“You should have asked her for a copy of her prenup—now we all look collectively foolish. 🤷🏾♂️”
Another bone Simon picked with Bravo was over the network using footage of his car in a preview. Bravo TV used b-roll of Simon’s 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost despite him sending a “Cease & Desist to prevent filming my car without my consent.”
Tagging Bravo’s official Instagram page, he continued, “We need to have a conversation. Comcast/NBC Universal- what are we doing?!”
In the second slide of Simon’s post, he posted the “legal demand to cease and desist of all video recording, taping, photography, and filming of the 2021 Rolls Royce Ghost vehicle legally owned by Simon.”
Well, that’s one lawsuit off Bravo’s docket!
