The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City‘s Monica Garcia is a single woman!
According to reports from The Sun, she “finalized her divorce from her ex-husband, Mike Garcia, on Oct. 24th, 2023.
The RHOSLC newbie was not only awarded sole legal and physical custody of the couple’s four children, but Monica was given “exclusive use and possession of” the family’s Utah home, child support, and alimony from her ex.
Let’s take a look at the numbers …
Mike has been ordered to pay Monica $2,636 a month in child support and $4,000 a month in alimony.
Although Monica and the kids can continue to reside in their home, she must give her baby daddy $130,000 for his share of the property’s equity.
Despite their split, the exes will reunite on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, and New Year’s day to celebrate the holidays as a family even though Mike lives “in another state across the country.”

Monica’s divorce isn’t the only legal issue she is engulfed in as she filed a counter lawsuit against Beauty Lab + Laser (which is owned by her co-star, Heather Gay) for “botched” injections.
ICYMI, Beauty Lab originally sued Monica for not paying for her services, so she clapped back with another lawsuit claiming she didn’t pay because she wasn’t satisfied with her nose and lips.
