Melanie Moreno is setting the record straight about her past as a curvy model.
During the Love Island USA Season 8 reunion, Melanie addressed the narrative that some of her behavior in the villa may have stemmed from insecurities about previously being curvier.
“What was it like seeing that all of these gorgeous pictures of you as a curve model had come to light?” co-host Ariana Madix asked the Season 8 Islander.
“There was a comment saying that maybe I was insecure because I was bigger. First of all, I thought I was the sh*t when I was thicker,” Melanie said during the Aug. 31 episode.
“So please, let’s get that right now, because that’s why I was a model. Like, please.”
And if you’re curious, no, Melanie and Sincere are still not officially in a relationship.
Though, the pair certainly seemed pretty “together” on the reunion stage despite maintaining that they’re taking things slow.
