The Chrisley Crime Family has another official member in Lindsie Chrisley, who was arrested in Georgia over the weekend on suspicion of DUI. Lindsay, however, is maintaining her innocence.
According to jail records, the Chrisley Knows Best alum was booked into jail before getting released on bond early Sunday morning.
Lindsie’s POV:
In an interview with TMZ, Lindsie explained, “I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two-lane road because they almost hit an animal. I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was.”
She says she was booked and immediately released. Lindsie plans to fight the charge.

Chrisley Knows Best Crime:
Lindsie isn’t the first (or second or third or fourth) of her immediate family to be arrested.
Most famously, Todd and Julie Chrisley were convicted of bank and tax fraud offenses. After serving just over two years of 12-year and 7-year sentences, respectively. They were released in May 2025 after receiving a full pardon from Donald Trump.
Kyle Chrisley was charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest in September 2024. The following year, he was arrested by the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee on multiple charges, including domestic assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, assaulting a first responder, resisting arrest, and retaliation for past actions.
In January 2025, Chase Chrisley was arrested for simple battery. He was released on a $10k bond.
