Todd and Julie Chrisley‘s son, Kyle Chrisley, was arrested in Tennessee on multiple charges, according to reports from TMZ.
Arrest deets:
The 34-year-old was arrested by the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee on multiple charges, including domestic assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, assaulting a first responder, resisting arrest, and retaliation for past actions.
Kyle was booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center that same night.
Never forget, he was charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest in September 2024.
Kyle isn’t the only Chrisley kid to have had a run in with the law:
Early this year, People reported that 28-year-old Chase Chrisley was booked and released on a $10,000 bond for an incident that occurred on January 6th at a local Twin Peaks Sports Bar.
The general manager “identified” Chase as the person who assaulted him. The report notes that Chrisley “was no longer on [the] scene” upon the officers’ arrival.
Chase allegedly “became really drunk” at the bar and “started to act very disrespectful and belligerent” as per the police report. The manager asked him to leave “multiple times.” But, Chase allegedly refused and later “slapped him in the face twice.”
Later, Chase sought rehab after claiming to bury his trauma with alcohol.

ICYMI, Todd and Julie were charged with bank fraud and tax evasion.
Although Julie’s release date wasn’t until March of 2028 and Todd’s in May of 2032, they both received presidential pardons.
