An unidentified son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann got a house call from police after it was reported that one of their sons was shooting pellets at nearby horses.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ, officers were called to an equestrian facility across the street from Kim’s home in Alpharetta, Georgia, on July 14, 2026, after an employee reported that someone from the Zolciak home had allegedly been shooting pellets onto the property.
The employee told police she believed one of Kim’s sons was using a pellet gun to shoot toward the facility in an apparent attempt to frighten the horses. She said she was not aware of any horses or people being hit.
The employee reportedly could not provide a detailed description of the alleged shooter, and the juvenile’s name was redacted from the police report.
When officers arrived, they reportedly spotted 20 to 30 pellets scattered along the roadway next to the equestrian property.
The employee also claimed this wasn’t the first issue involving Kim’s kids. She told police that fireworks had allegedly been discharged from the Zolciak home in the past and claimed the kids had been “verbally rude and uncooperative” when confronted about the behavior.
Police then went to Kim’s home to speak with the family. Two young boys answered the door, although only one was identified as Kim’s son. The officer said Kim’s son admitted to shooting the pellet gun but denied trying to hit any horses or people. No arrests were made, and no charges were filed in connection with the incident.
Kim and Kroy’s son, KJ, is home on bond after being arrested for the SA of a classmate. Prosecutors claim there were vile videos of KJ and an underage female family member on his phone.
