Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell denied her neighbor’s accusation of entering her property without consent, despite being ordered to stay 30 yards away from said neighbor.
The claims against Kelli:
On September 2nd, Monualda Cash filed a petition for a temporary protective order against the RHOA personality. Monualda is an HOA board member in the community Kelli’s family resides.
The claim states, “Kelli Potter-Ferrell aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner.”
The neighbor said Kelli was “accompanied by others.”
Monualda added, “This incident occurred after her vehicle was booted for again violating [guidelines] by parking in a narrow driveway, which is also a designated fire lane.”
The petition alleged that Ferrell had to be “physically restrained and removed. During which time, she engaged in bizarre behavior while making a series of irratic (sic) verbal threats. Some of which were clear and others that were unintelligible.”
According to Monualda, there’s video footage of the incident.
A temporary fix:
Monualda asked the court to order Kelli to stop harassing and intimidating her. She asked Kelli to be ordered to stay away from her and her family and for her to receive appropriate psychiatric and psychological services.
The judge granted a temporary protective order. Kelly was ordered to stay 30 yards away from Monualda. The short distance is likely due to the plaintiff and defendant’s close proximity.
A hearing has been set for September 22 on whether the order will become permanent.
Kelli’s team clapped back:
“Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with RHOA, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior.”
“Out of respect for all parties, we will not be commenting further at this time. We strongly urge that Kelli’s privacy — and that of her family — be respected, and we caution against the spread of misinformation.”
