Let’s talk about the House on House of Villains:
House Beautiful did a feature on The Valley Villa that was used for seasons 1 and 2 of House of Villains.
“House of Villains takes place at The Valley Villa, an event venue in the Northridge neighborhood of Los Angeles’s San Fernando Valley. Tucked behind gates and lush landscaping, the property makes a grand first impression thanks to a charming water fountain in the front yard and tall columns flanking the glass front doors and windows.”
“Inside the 6,300-square-foot main house, the foyer boasts a double staircase and 23-foot-high ceilings with a big, sparkling chandelier overhead. In the sizable kitchen, there’s ample counter space and tons of storage. Nearby, a dining area, circular bar, and living space allow for endless entertaining. The formal living room with a fireplace opens up to a terrace with views of the saltwater pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, and basketball court.”
