Now that Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 has wrapped, the big question is: can Emily Simpson and Jennifer Pedranti actually move forward with Katie Ginella?
Entertainment Tonight caught up with the OC ladies, and let’s just say… they didn’t sound eager to mend fences.
For Emily, there was never much of a friendship to salvage in the first place.
“I don’t feel like we have any kind of relationship with [Katie],” Emily admitted.
“Nor do we feel like she ever really wanted a relationship with us.”
Emily believes Katie invested more energy into media relationships than the women standing next to her on camera.
“I feel like she just skipped that part and went straight to, ‘I’m going to form all these relationships with the media.’”
Jenn backed Emily up, revealing she repeatedly checked in with Katie to see if she genuinely wanted to build a friendship with her castmates.
“Katie would always give me a long pause,” Jenn shared.
“I’d be like… your non-answer is an answer.”
Of course, the tension only escalated mid-season when the group accused Katie of leaking stories to the press and embellishing the ‘naked wasted’ rumor — after which Katie stopped filming entirely.
It’s still unclear whether Katie walked away or if Bravo put her on pause, but the result was the same: no closure, no final scene, and no end-of-season title card.
So now, we wait for the reunion!
