Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Emily Simpson dislikes Katie Ginella so much that she’d rather have Alexis Bellino back on the show.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Emily explains how much disdain she has for Katie.

“I would take Alexis any day over Katie,” began Emily.
“Alexis is like a Labrador. She’s a dingdong, but it’s to your face.”
On the other hand, “Katie’s the kind of person that you don’t know what she’s doing behind closed doors. That’s scary.”
Emily thinks viewers’ veils will be lifted to Katie’s actions. “I think people were starting to realize that she does a lot of things that are deceptive.”
“I’ve seen Shannon freak out. I’ve known her for seven years. Not one time have I felt compelled to take out my phone and film her for purposes of showing other people or talking about it or whatever. I think [what Katie does is] such a breach of trust and an invasion of privacy.”
When asked if Katie will ever find a place within the RHOC cast, Emily expressed her doubts. “I don’t see any way other than that she’s trying through Tamra [Judge].”
Alexis is the preferred option:
Emily may have referred to Alexis Bellino as “the dumbest girl I’ve ever met,” but she could move forward with her. “I don’t have hard feelings towards Alexis.”
“I think that she went wrong in a lot of things that she did. If she self-reflects, she probably understands that she did do things.”
“I understand you feel the way you do, and I understand you’re obsessed with John [Janssen], and you think he’s the greatest thing ever, and I understand you think Shannon’s the villain,” she said. “That’s valid. But you have to pivot at some point, and she just never could.”
