Selling Sunset alum Chrishell Stause bashed Katharine McPhee Foster for supporting another toxic man, Spencer Pratt, who is running for Mayor of Los Angeles.
Katharine – who is known for competing on American Idol before marrying David Foster, a musician 35 years her senior – is David’s fifth wife.
How it started:
Chrishell commented on content creator Jordy Cray‘s TikTok, which detailed Katharine’s romantic history. Jordy dove into the singer’s 2013 cheating scandal, when she was snapped kissing her “Smash” director, Michael Morris. Katharine was still married to her now ex-husband, Nick Cokas. Her paramour was also married at the time to another woman.
In a 2016 interview with Ocean Drive magazine, Katharine said she had “no regrets” over the scandal.
Then, Jordy jumped into Katharine’s controversial marriage to David Foster.

Chrishell commented on Jordy’s video by revealing Katharine’s character. “One day she will find her real inner confidence, but it won’t come until after she is disregarded enough times by the problematic men she backs.”
“An insecure woman will steal your man,” the former Netflix star added, “and give the worst advice.”
Spencer for Mayor!
Chrishell took to Threads last month to make it clear she was not supporting another reality TV villain running for office. “Can I please implore NO MORE reality star politicians PLEASE! I have nothing against Spencer! In fact, I like him on TV! NOT in the government tho😩 CA please pull it together🙏🏼.”
Katharine, on the other hand, serenaded Spencer during a fundraiser that she and David threw for him at their Brentwood Park home.
Her husband played the keyboard while Katharine sang Tina Turner’s 1989 hit “The Best.” The American Idol alum changed the lyrics to sing that Pratt is “better than [LA Mayor] Karen Bass and [LA Councilmember] Nithya Raman.” (Katharine forgot Nithya’s name and called her ‘Cynthia.’)
