Just after Beth’s social media rants about her tryst circulated the internet, Brian took a gander to Providence/Bristol County Superior Court.

On 4/13/2026, Brian filed a “Breach of Contract” against Beth Walker, an aesthetician he’s allegedly been sleeping with for 2 1/2 years, according to Beth.
The summons was dated 4/14/2026. By 4/15/2026, Beth changed her public Instagram account to private.
Mr. Housewives captured screenshots before her content was modified/deleted.
One can infer that the breach of contract was Beth violating the terms of an NDA by making details of her affair with Brian public.
