One of the standout stars of Real Housewives of Rhode Island, Rulla Nehme Pontarelli, is trying to work on her marriage to Brian Pontarelli after learning her husband was unfaithful.
With Rulla’s newfound fame, Rhode Island aesthetician Beth Walker made herself known as Brian’s other woman.
How we got here:
Rulla and Brian’s marriage is a central storyline on RHORI due to allegations of his affair and a 2025 misdemeanor domestic violence charge for placing a tracking device on a vehicle.
Jo-Ellen Tiberi alleged that Brian was having an affair and claimed it was ongoing. Rulla initially denied it, but later confronted him about the rumor. Despite the allegations and photo evidence of the affair, Rulla and Brian have been attempting to move forward. Brian promised to be committed to his marriage.

Beth Walker is an aesthetician who is seemingly looking for online attention. Brian’s mistress tagged RHORI and Bravo TV in her Instagram posts. Content creator @mrhousewives posted Beth’s screenshots in their original form.
In a March 26 post, Beth wrote, “The effort you put into your skin is a reflection of your commitment—just like in any 2 1/2 year relationship.” The caption was paired with a foot emoji [Brian is a podiatrist/foot surgeon] and the hashtag “ifyouknowyouknow” and RHORI.
Last week, Beth posted about skincare, but tagged Bravo, which raised eyebrows. Naturally, people wondered if Beth is trying to snatch herself a clamshell of her own. She has since edited the post.
