Buying Beverly Hills super realtor, Ben Belack, is the agent who sold Vanderpump Rules star, Ariana Madix, her $1.6M Hollywood Hills home.

The star of Broadway‘s Chicago is moving on up – and away – from the house she shared with her cheating ex, Tom Sandoval.
Page Six reported the Pump Rules star purchased a mid-century modern house originally built in 1962 which was completely renovated before Ariana purchased it. An insider told the tabloid, “Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter.”
“The main level of the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house has an open floor plan on the main level, with the living room and dining room connecting to a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brass hardware.”
“The second level features a generously-sized primary suite with a modern bathroom, seating area and picturesque views of LA, including the iconic Hollywood sign.”
“The backyard is private and big enough to host gatherings for 20 people. Several steps above that is a seating area and meditation deck with panoramic views.”
