Ariana Madix is moving on up – and away – from the house she shared with her cheating ex, Tom Sandoval.
Page Six reported the Vanderpump Rules star purchased a $1.6 million home in the Hollywood Hills.
The specs:
Originally built in 1962, the mid-century modern house was completely renovated before Ariana purchased it. An insider told the tabloid, “Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter.”
“The main level of the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house has an open floor plan on the main level, with the living room and dining room connecting to a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brass hardware.”
“The second level features a generously-sized primary suite with a modern bathroom, seating area and picturesque views of LA, including the iconic Hollywood sign.”
“The backyard is private and big enough to host gatherings for 20 people. Several steps above that is a seating area and meditation deck with panoramic views.”

In case you missed the drama before Ariana got her new home:
The star of Broadway‘s Chicago has cohabitated in the $2M home she purchased in 2019 with the 2.5% owner of TomTom since she saw a XXX video of her former ‘friend’ Rachel Leviss on her ex’s phone.
Sandoval found himself sleeping in the guest room of his shared home for a year after he found himself sleeping with his life partner’s friend in the home they shared together while Ariana was burying her grandmother.
Tom attempted to ‘worm’ the booked-and-busy beauty out of their shared home house by buying her. Unfortunately for the karaoke enthusiast, Ariana knew better than to take his crappy offer.
The legal stuff:
The Dancing With the Stars finalist proceeded to sue Sandoval for “partition of real property by sale.” Essentially, this which would force both parties to sell the home and divide the proceeds.
Madix’s lawsuit argues a division in kind is “impracticable” as it is a single family residence and would “substantially diminish the value of each owner’s interest.”
In addition to the forced sale of the home, Madix is requesting “equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale.”
