Southern Charm‘s Austen Kroll slipped into our Instagram comments to call JT Thomas out for his “pick me” behavior.
For context, JT said he “can’t blame” Paige DeSorbo “at all” for not joining Craig Conover for SC’s cast trips.
Austen clapped back at JT for siding with Paige:
“One of the more pathetic ‘pick me’ ploys I’ve ever seen,” wrote Austen in the comment section of the following post.
“Not surprised though,” he concluded.
This isn’t the first time Austen weighed in on Paige and Craig’s breakup:
Earlier this year, Austen commented on the rumors that Paige was dating Joe D’Amelio while still in a relationship with Craig. “I don’t think those are rumors. I think that they’ve been substantiated.”
Austen went on to confirm that Craig knows that Paige has also moved on and has “come to terms with it.”
Paige wasn’t having Austen’s uninformed commentary. The Giggly Squad co-host entered the Watch What Happens Live comment section to clap back at Austen.
“Ahhh, yes. A man I haven’t spoken to in 6 months knows exactly what I’m doing,” snarked Paige.
Austen wasn’t the first SC star to comment negatively on Paige:
Shep shared his opinion of Craig’s then-girlfriend not joining his cast on trips. He said it was “total f*cking bullsh*t that Paige didn’t go on one single trip while they were dating.
He continued to yell (literally) about her “stupid f*cking talk show.” Shep continued to raise his voice when talking about Paige. “You get your *ss and film with your boyfriend.”
“I just think it’s incomprehensible. Furthermore, she didn’t film with any of us. Any of us!,” shouted Shep.
