Popular podcaster, Amanda Hirsch, told Owning Manhattan‘s Ryan Serhantย about how his now-former employee behaved when he was in the studio where Not Skinny But Not Fat is recorded.
It’s About The Pasta:
Amanda is a fan of the real estate mogul behind the Bravo TV showsย Sell It Like Serhantย andย Million Dollar Listing New York. “Love the show; Love the real estate aspect. Also loved some of the people,” but “didn’t love everybody. Didn’t love Jonathan so much – [he’s] a little douchey.”
She told Ryan howย Jonathan Frank Nรธrmรธlleย looked for a “surface” to “do drugs” on at 10am at the studio. She alleged he even asked staff members to help him locate an area where he could use the narcotic.ย
“Apparently, Jonathan was in this very building, in one of these podcast studios, and he asked people around here if there’s a surface somewhere at 10am. I asked, because I’m a naive, cute, little blonde, ‘Surface for what?”
Amanda asked, “Do you want to take a guess why he was looking for a surface?” Ryan responded, “Like a glass surface?” before joking, “No, I don’t want to take a guess.” Amanda continued, Jonathan “wanted to do drugs at 10am on a surface here in these very podcast studios. He did it in front of everybody here.”
Ryan interjected to add the drug user, “doesn’t work for us anymore.” He reminded the listeners that he’s the “boss.” That means, he’s “friendly” with people in the workplace, but doesn’t “go out with our agents. I don’t party with them. I’m not drinking with them. I try to set a really strong example.”

Ryan’s legacy lives on at Bravo TV:
Even though Ryan is no longer on the cable network, his name still gets mentioned. During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, a pair of virtual audience members asked Josh Flagg 1) If heโd watched Ryan Serhantโs new show and 2) What was his reaction to Ryan saying he would snatch upย Tracy Tutorย for his team over him orย Josh Altman.
Flagg responded, โTake โemโ to Ryanโs offer to get Tracy and Altman off his hands. Josh flippantly added he hasย notย watched theย Million Dollar Listing New York alumโs new show, Owing Manhattan.
