Southern Charm‘s Venita Aspen broke down her short-lived (pun intended) romance with JT Thomas.
During an appearance on the Housewives Nightcap podcast, Venita admitted she and JT dated before he vanished, later popping up with a girlfriend on Instagram.
Bad romance:
“I have no idea” what happened with JT, explained Venita. The whole thing “was very jarring. I think that I’m still kind of digesting it.”
Everything thing was going well between Venita and JT … until the Southern Charm trailer dropped.
“One day, I was supposed to be going to lunch with his mom and hang out.” But, “the trailer dropped, and he started acting crazy.” JT “fell off the face of the earth,” according to Venita.
“I think he was nervous to see how he was going to be portrayed this year.” She continued, “I think anxiety got the best of him, I don’t really know.”
Venita admitted, “I haven’t spoken to JT since the trailer aired, so six or eight weeks ago.
Jarrett ‘JT’ Thomas “Resigned” From Southern Charm:
“It comes with a heavy heart to share that I have resigned from Southern Charm.”
“Yesterday, I informed Bravo that I will not be participating in the 2-3 remaining green room interviews remaining before the season on 12/5. (I’ve done about 9 thus far leading up to today.)”
“I no longer wish to participate in many ways moving forward with the tv show.”
“I will leave it at that for now while I work on next steps to recover physically and mentally from what has been an extremely challenging and exhausting year.”
Madison LeCroy used a Taylor Swift lyric to insult JT:
The bangin’ Bravolebrity entered the chat after JT announced his resignation. Madison posted a screenshot of Taylor Swift from the The Tortured Poets Department era. Specifically, track 14 … The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.
“I’m not never the bigger person,” Madison teased.
