JT [Jarrett Thomas] bid his time on Bravo TV‘s Southern Charm adieu. The real estate developer shared his decision on Instagram.
JT’s announcement:
“It comes with a heavy heart to share that I have resigned from Southern Charm.”
“Yesterday, I informed Bravo that I will not be participating in the 2-3 remaining green room interviews remaining before the season on 12/5. (I’ve done about 9 thus far leading up to today.)”
“I no longer wish to participate in many ways moving forward with the tv show.”
“I will leave it at that for now while I work on next steps to recover physically and mentally from what has been an extremely challenging and exhausting year.”
Bravo fans reacted:
- Take care of you!
- Youโre my favorite! T1 family sticks together! Youโll be missed. ๐
- This must have been a difficult decision but how inspiring you are to put yourself first. You were a breath of fresh air last season and put up with so much while always being a person of strong character and integrity.
- Youโre a gentleman. Itโs not unnoticed ๐

ICYMI:
JT joined the Southern Charm cast during its 9th season alongside interior designer Rodrigo Reyes and computer programmer Rod Razavi. Jarrett showed interest in Shep Rose‘s recent ex, Taylor Ann Green.
He resides in South Carolina, but he originally hails from Virginia. Being a Southern gentleman is important to JT โ and heโs looking for a Southern belle who can be his lifelong partner.
According to BravoTV.com, โJT is a successful Southern eccentric with a loud personality. Buoyed by his professional prowesses, heโs looking for a partner to spend the rest of his life with and has a particular Southern belle in mind.โ
When JT joined the show, he explained, “I have a good life. I should be happy. But my whole life was building a career, building a business, and doing an event space, and I can’t do this much longer, if that makes sense.”
