Teresa Guidice defended her calm reaction to learning her freshly rekindled friendship with Jackie Goldschneider was rooted in deception. Real Housewives of New Jersey fans were stunned at Tre’s serene response to learning Jackie met with Louie’s ex in order to leak negative stories about him to the press.
Unfortunately for the RHONJ OG, her story is inconsistent.
Let’s start with Teresa defending Jackie going behind her back …
“I’m totally fine with Jackie doing that because I hurt her. I hurt her by saying what I said about Evan [Goldschneider]. Never forget, Teresa repeated a rumor she heard that Evan was “screwing around” behind Jackie’s back “at the gym.”
“See?!,” boasted Tre. “I’m a big girl. If I punch you, I get it. You’re going to punch me back.”
“I could’ve gotten ugly,” [but] “that’s just not the person I am.”

Teresa claims she knew:
In the same interview with BravoTV.com, Teresa claimed she was aware that the women (in addition to Margaret) were in communication with Louie’s exes. “I already knew what they were gonna say and I didn’t even flinch.”
The mother of four dorters continued to defend her reaction to the bombshell revelation at Rails Steakhouse. “I knew they were all hanging out with them. I knew they were all talking to them.”
So, why did Teresa keep blaming Margaret if she already knew it wasn’t Margaret??
She finally asked Margaret, “So, you didn’t put it out there?”
Again, Teresa is gathering information … she didn’t already know.
However, Tre was still not ready to admit she was wrong. She maintained, Margaret was the mastermind behind the ‘attack’ against her and Louie. “Jackie had them at her house, because Margaret’s not going to be that dumb and have them at her house. Margaret let Jackie do it because, at the time, Jackie was Margaret’s puppet.”
