Teddi Mellencamp slammed Vicki Gunvalson after news broke she’s being sued for “financial elder abuse.” The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality took to social media to give her commentary on The OG of the OC‘s legal woe.
The Two T’s In A Pod co-host reposted a tweet from @QueensOfBravo and added screamed a joke at her followers. “I HAVE NEVER ABUSED MULTIPLE ELDERS IN MY LIFE.”

While Teddi may not have “abused multiple elders,” she runs a fitness cult … so there’s that.
Teddi stooped to explaining why her joke was funny:

Deservingly, Teddi got roasted. All shadiness aside, she handled this like a champ.
Bravo TV fans were relentless in Teddi’s comments:

- Weren’t you also accused of questionable business practices??
- Girl your 72 yr old dad cringes every time you talk hence the wwhl appearance lol that’s elderly abuse
The Lawsuit Against Vicki, In A Nutshell:
Diane accused Vicki of financial elder abuse claiming [she] had her “enter into harmful deals. The lawsuit demanded unspecified damages for the defendant’s alleged conduct.”
This isn’t the first time the OG of the OC was in legal trouble over an alleged fraudulent insurance policy. Vicki was sued by an 82-year-old woman named Joan Lile for alleged fraud over a life insurance policy she was sold.
“The claims alleged against Gunvalson are completely false,” claimed Vicki’s lawyer. “Gunvalson has always acted professionally and with the utmost truthfulness and integrity in every transaction that she acted as an insurance agent for her clients. She has never engaged in any fraudulent conduct nor misrepresented any terms of any policy. She vehemently denies the false allegations made against her in the lawsuit by Mrs. Lile.” The suit was dismissed months later.
The lawsuit filed by Diane remains active.
