The day after Teddi Mellencamp co-hosted a live Two T’s In a Pod filming, she announced her divorce … and she wants full custody of their kids.
Teddi’s “priority” is her children:
TMZ reported Teddi is “seeking primary legal and physical custody of their three children, daughter Slate, 12, son Cruz, 10, and daughter Dove, 4.”
“The former Bravolebrity is also seeking spousal support but checked the box to block the court’s ability to award her now-estranged husband the same.”
Teddi cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed the date of separation as Oct. 20. The estranged couple maintained all was good in their marriage despite their separation … Both Teddi and Edwin posted photos of them together at a gala on October 25th.

For the record, I attended Teddi and Tamra’s TWOTSCON Friday night. There was no mention of Edwin nor an impending divorce. Teddi announced her split on Saturday.

Teddi’s official statement:
“After a great deal of care and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce.” Teddi continued, “My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and well-being throughout this new chapter.”
“Making a public statement is not something I wanted to do, but in an effort to protect my family from undue speculation and rumors, I felt being open, honest and vulnerable was the best path forward.”
