A win for Taylor Frankie Paul in her custody battle with ex Dakota Mortensen!
Us Weekly reported that there’s been a development concerning Taylor and Dakota’s 2-year-old son, Ever.
“I’m encouraged and I think we’re moving in the right direction,” a judge began during the virtual hearing on Monday, June 1.
“From now until the next hearing, I’m going to recommend supervision be lifted.”
The judge also allowed Taylor to have her son Ever on alternating weekends and one consistent midweek day each week that is not overnight.
“We want that day to be consistent so we are on a set schedule,” the judge added.
The next hearing is scheduled for July 8, with the judge asking both parties to avoid making disparaging comments about one another, continue therapy, and stay 100 feet away from each other.
“I certainly think that both of them have a sense that they are the victims and not the perpetrators, and I get that,” the judge continued.
“The main concern of the court is to prevent further acts of domestic violence, and we can hope to see the parents in the same place getting along, but now is not that time.”
ICYMI:
Taylor has been vocal lately on social media about the abuse and trauma she says she has endured not only from her ex-boyfriend, but also from her MomTok group.
It was also reported that Season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives will include Taylor, but rumor has it she will only appear in confessionals and not in group scenes with the rest of the cast.
We also have yet to get a premiere date for the fifth season.
