Season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is officially heading back into production!
TMZ exclusively reports that cameras are picking back up following a hiatus that was triggered by resurfaced footage from a 2023 domestic dispute involving Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen.
According to production sources, filming is set to resume soon.
However, it’s still unclear whether Taylor and Dakota will be part of the new season.
ICYMI: Production on Season 5 was paused after a heated blowup between Taylor and Dakota during filming.
During the break, Taylor’s planned season of The Bachelorette was pulled following fan backlash.
Dakota also saw his previously filmed scenes in Vanderpump Villa cut amid ongoing claims between the two.
As for the legal side, the state ultimately decided not to pursue additional charges against Taylor stemming from the February incident.
Her probation tied to the 2023 case remains unaffected.
Meanwhile, Dakota recently announced he’s stepping away from the spotlight altogether… which raises questions about whether that decision will stick now that filming is ramping back up.
